Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach/marketing strategy aligned with the organizations mission, vision, and goals.
- Identify current trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth in the behavioral health sector.
- Collaborate with organization leadership to set outreach/marketing objectives and budgets.
- Provide direct supervision to outreach department employees and work with team daily to ensure coordination and implementation of marketing/outreach activities.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the organizations brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Promote a positive, stigma-free image of mental health care in all campaigns.
- Bring ongoing public awareness to activities the organization is facilitating.
Content Creation and Campaigns:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) to reach diverse audiences.
- Create educational content and resources to inform the community about behavioral health services and initiatives.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Build relationships with local organizations, healthcare/social service providers, and community partners to expand the organization’s reach.
- Organize events, workshops, and initiatives to raise awareness about mental health.
- Represent the clinic at community events, conferences, monthly and networking opportunities (such as POCI and Morning Brew) and ensure that all outreach events are adequately staffed and prepared for.
- Assist with coordination and preparation of major events, including but not limited to Be Empowered, Hope Fest, and Gallery of Hope.
- Provide educational trainings about the services offered at Modoc Nation Behavioral Health.
- Ensure that all program sites and local community stakeholders have current outreach materials.
Team and Vendor Management:
- Lead and mentor the outreach team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and graphic designers.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key marketing/outreach metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and implement tracking system to record grant-related outreach measures to grant evaluation team (digital content, billboards, outreach events, material distribution).
- Provide regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring timely ordering of allowable outreach materials, must include funding notice if applicable.
- Maintain outreach supply at all times and track inventory for each grant project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or mental health services.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background history check & UDS.
Supervision
This position will operate under the direct supervision of the MNBH Program Director.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 (DOE) plus benefits, including off on federal holidays, PTO, medical, dental, and vision.
Schedule
This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week) on-site located in Miami, OK.
