Modoc Nation offers a variety of educational services to out members. We offer IEP/504 support consultation and support, mentoring, as well as post-secondary scholarships. If you need other assistance not listed, please contact us to see what we can do to help. Graduation stoles will be available beginning May 2021 for high school and college graduates. Special Needs Scholarship Application

If your enrolled child has a disability that requires an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or a 504 Plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement of services/equipment deemed as necessary educational supports paid for by the parent/guardian. Click “learn more” for application and details.

Modoc Nation is trying to be proactive and anticipate issues that may arise during this time of change and unknowing. We understand that every state and even county has different policies for dealing with the effects of COVID19. We would like to gather input on what methods are being used to educate your children and what supports you feel may be needed based on your experiences during the end of the 2019/2020 school year after schools went virtual. It is well known that students learn in different ways and with different methods, online works for some and doesn’t for others, or they may just need some face-to-face support to supplement.
