Job Summary:

Our thriving clinic is seeking an experienced medical billing specialist familiar with all aspects of full-cycle billing including credentialing to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Maintain a case load of 5 to 12 clients, determined by the intensity of services provided to each client.

2. Implement criterion-referenced assessment tools (such as the VB-MAPP, Carolina Curriculum, etc.).

3. Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and observations of the client’s skills and deficits.

4. Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors.

5. Document all services on electronic medical record in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and organization standards.

6. Provide ongoing training and supervision of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in implementation of ABA principles/methodology and behavior reduction strategies.

7. Provide coordination of care for client’s physical, mental, & behavioral health needs.

8. Connect clients with resources to meet needs identified throughout treatment progression.

9. Collaborate with local school districts and other professionals about clients behaviors and / or concerns.

10. Adhere to the BACB code of ethics.

11. Work alongside A-B-C Therapy Program Supervisor & Grant Assistant to ensure that goals & objectives of grant(s) are met.

12. Collaborate with other L/BHP, youth service coordinators & other staff.

13. Attend ongoing trainings & consultation to further develop clinical skillset.

14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA & other confidentiality regulations in all aspects of job duties.

15. Staff & support outreach activities as required.

16. Attend All – Staff meetings & all other meetings as required.

17. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

2. 2 years’ experience working with children with behavior problems preferred.

3. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Oklahoma, CPR certification, trained in CPI or willing to obtain those certifications within 45-60 days of hire.

4. Must meet the following physical requirements:

a. Willing & able to restrain / hold / transport & utilize quick body movements as appropriate in the clients Behavior Intervention Plan.

b. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

c. Must be able to assume & maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting on floor, standing) for extended periods of time.

5. Must have a valid drivers license.

6. Applicants must be able to pass a pre – employment drug screening & background check.

7. Must provide documentation of covid vaccination status or request an exemption of qualifying factors.

Schedule:

This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week).

Location:

This position will primarily operate from A-B-C Therapy / Healing House, though travel may be required to off – site locations.

Position will remain open until filled.
