Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, & local regulations, in addition to grant funding agencies & individual program certifying agencies (ODMHSAS, OHCA, etc.)
  2. Work with the MNBH Program Director and Clinical Director to develop strategic plans for achieving long—and short-term goals and completing grant objectives/requirements.
  3. Assist in enforcing program policies, procedures, and protocols for clinical documentation, day-to-day activities, and unique circumstances of each treatment program. Collaborate with the MNBH Clinical Director and Program Director to continually develop these policies to address program needs.
  4. Assist MNBH Clinical Director and Program Director with developing & implementing workflows.
  5. Facilitate new client screening, assessments, and treatment plans & complete clinical documentation as required.
  6. Staff & assign new referrals to primary Behavioral Health Professional and / or Peer Support Specialists.
  7. Provide and maintain a tracking schedule of employees weekly clinical supervision to unlicensed Behavioral Health Professionals, in addition to signing off on all clinical documentation.
  8. Provide ongoing support, consultation, & supervision to Behavioral Health Professionals.
  9. Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration with medical, behavioral health, & administrative staff.
  10. Complete monthly audits for each behavioral health employee’s clinical documentation & billing practices as per policy & credentialing agency guidelines.
  11. Promote interdepartmental collaboration & referral between LRTC, Healing House, Hope Ranch, & ABC Therapy.
  12. Provide direct oversight, supervision, & support to LRTC BH staff.
  13. Acknowledge staff and program success, address any staff disciplinary actions, and/or develop written action plans for improving individual clinical staff performance.
  14. Oversee clinical staff scheduling & approve/deny PTO requests.
  15. Complete annual performance evaluations & coordinate with the Business Office Assistant to ensure complete employee personnel file.
  16. Work to develop quality behavioral health services with measurable outcomes and seek relevant continuing education opportunities for clinical staff.
  17. Facilitate evidence-based treatment (individual, group, & family psychotherapy) to assigned caseload.
  18. Facilitate presentations as requested to promote services available at LRTC.
  19. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, or related field.
  • Current licensure in good standing as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • Five years of related experience in the field of social work.
  • Three years of experience providing clinical supervision to staff.
  • Ability to pass criminal background check & urine drug screen.
