Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, & local regulations, in addition to grant funding agencies & individual program certifying agencies (ODMHSAS, OHCA, etc.)
- Work with the MNBH Program Director and Clinical Director to develop strategic plans for achieving long—and short-term goals and completing grant objectives/requirements.
- Assist in enforcing program policies, procedures, and protocols for clinical documentation, day-to-day activities, and unique circumstances of each treatment program. Collaborate with the MNBH Clinical Director and Program Director to continually develop these policies to address program needs.
- Assist MNBH Clinical Director and Program Director with developing & implementing workflows.
- Facilitate new client screening, assessments, and treatment plans & complete clinical documentation as required.
- Staff & assign new referrals to primary Behavioral Health Professional and / or Peer Support Specialists.
- Provide and maintain a tracking schedule of employees weekly clinical supervision to unlicensed Behavioral Health Professionals, in addition to signing off on all clinical documentation.
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, & supervision to Behavioral Health Professionals.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration with medical, behavioral health, & administrative staff.
- Complete monthly audits for each behavioral health employee’s clinical documentation & billing practices as per policy & credentialing agency guidelines.
- Promote interdepartmental collaboration & referral between LRTC, Healing House, Hope Ranch, & ABC Therapy.
- Provide direct oversight, supervision, & support to LRTC BH staff.
- Acknowledge staff and program success, address any staff disciplinary actions, and/or develop written action plans for improving individual clinical staff performance.
- Oversee clinical staff scheduling & approve/deny PTO requests.
- Complete annual performance evaluations & coordinate with the Business Office Assistant to ensure complete employee personnel file.
- Work to develop quality behavioral health services with measurable outcomes and seek relevant continuing education opportunities for clinical staff.
- Facilitate evidence-based treatment (individual, group, & family psychotherapy) to assigned caseload.
- Facilitate presentations as requested to promote services available at LRTC.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, or related field.
- Current licensure in good standing as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- Five years of related experience in the field of social work.
- Three years of experience providing clinical supervision to staff.
- Ability to pass criminal background check & urine drug screen.
