The Behavioral Health Professional’s Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

1.     Maintain a case load of 25 to 30 clients.

2.     Facilitate one group session weekly.

3.     Conduct consultations with new therapy clients, providing initial evaluation & assessment to determine suitability for individual, family, and / or group psychotherapy.

4.     Develop treatment plans for clients.

5.     Make appropriate, culturally responsive diagnostic determinations according to the DSM-

6.     Provide individual, family, & group psychotherapy to clients.

7.     Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings & clinical team meetings.

8.     Attend events in the community as needed.

9.     Network with others in community partner organizations.

10. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1.     Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychology or related field.

2. Current licensure in good standing as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LADC. MNBH will consider unlicensed and / or out of state candidates pursuing OK licensure.

3. Preferred prior experience.

4. Must have reliable transportation.

5. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & background check.

Supervision

This position will operate under the direct supervision of the Modoc Nation Behavioral Health Program Director.

Schedule

This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week).

Compensation

$75,000 – $80,000 annual salary plus fringe benefits.
