Modoc Nation seeks a full-time Tribal Registrar in the Miami, Oklahoma Administrative Office. The Tribal Registrar will perform extensive genealogy research to determine the membership eligibility, provides verification of enrollment status, and initiate the enrollment application process. Primary responsibilities include carefully examining and evaluating evidence submitted in support of applications for membership in the Tribe and identifying and locating records missing from enrollment files. This position will also require maintaining the confidentiality of all Tribal information.
